Salad Rocket Uber (Eruca vesicaria)

Like its big salad brother, microgreen rocket is spicy and peppery. Add a little bit of bite to the side salad!

Use a seedling tray or compostable pot and fill with good quality compost (for the environment, peat free compost is best) and liberally sprinkle your seeds, and cover with a thin layer of compost or vermiculite. Water lightly at first and then regularly moisten with water from a hand-held spray bottle.

Taking 5-7 days to germinate with sensible watering and good compost, rocket Uber should be ready to eat in 14-18 days.
