Winter Savory (Satureja montana)
One of the lesser known herbs, winter savory is in our opinion a true hero of the herb garden. Along with having many health benefits to its name, mainly as a digestionaltonic, this hardy, semi-evergreen Herb is excellent cooked with meat and used in stuffing.

Height: 15 to 30cm
Can be sown March through to August. Sow seeds 4-6 weeks before the last frosts and lightly cover with a fine sprinkling of compost or vermiculite as they need light to germinate. Germination should occur within 14 days.
